Ingredients:

veal loin – 300 g
salt – 2 g

thyme – 2 g
butter – 10 g
corn on the cob – 1 piece

For the corn sauce:

canned corn – 50 g
cream – 10 g
salt – 1 g
ground pepper – 1 g
chili pepper – 5 g
chicken broth – 10 g

Method of preparation:
