Pizza and ice cream: a new diet of Kourtney Kardashian

 

Kourtney Kardashian (39) has long held a strict diet that excludes foods containing gluten (a substance that contains a protein in rye, barley, oats, wheat and many other cereals and grains) and milk. According to star, a few years ago, she was examined, which revealed that she had hypersensitivity to gluten.

But yesterday she wrote in her blog: “lately I have been less strict in avoiding gluten and dairy products. I noticed that my belly hurts when I indulge myself with an ice cream or pizza, so I decided to gradually include them in your diet”.

Another reason she decided to once again add to her menu harmful products, were children. “Most of the summer I spent in travel. I like to try local food and eat everything without restrictions, especially when I travel – wrote Kourtney. – When I was with children in Italy this summer, they ate ice cream every day, and I’ve always been a little horn!”

But Courtney warned her subscribers that it does not mean that now every night she had for dinner pizza: “There is no dairy and gluten in my fridge still, so I follow it. But when I go outside or just can afford everything. I’m just trying to comply with the measure”.
