We start the year with a detox: Gwyneth Paltrow has introduced a new 5-day diet plan

Every year in early January, Gwyneth Paltrow, together with nutritionists developed for readers of Goop website new weekly eating plan to cleanse the body. According to her, during the holidays, we allow ourselves too much. Recently, a new program was displayed on Goop.com, this time designed for 5 days instead of the usual 7. 

If the past year detox menu consisted mainly of salads and smoothies, then in 2017 the new program is replete with hot breakfasts, warming dinners and light lunches in the performance.

Detox Rules still remain the same: no gluten, dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, processed oils, vegetable oils, corn products, soy, shellfish, red meat. Eggs this time allowed - they are included in some recipes. 

This time you will need to create a breakfast and lunch, and all the 20 minutes will go to dinner.

Thursday

Salad niçoise (detox version)

Rice bread with avocado and sea salt

Laab Thai dish and baked sweet potatoes with miso paste

Friday
