“Customers are a young couple with three children. The plan developer, the apartment has an area of 91 m2 — one bedroom. My goal was to make it a three bedroom with large living room, maximizing usable area. Priority was chosen the loft, but not in pure form, and by inclusions of some of its elements that give the interior a modern sound. Among other guidelines — the use of complex shades and a ban on the use of Wallpaper, only paint and decorative plaster,” says Aigul.
“The main desire of customers to have a large living and dining room, as the family spends time here. Living room, dining-room, required open space, therefore in the project it starts right from the doorstep. Corridors in the apartment are almost there.

Of the materials the owners really wanted to see the old red brick. We found the bricks and built them into the partition between the two children. In the girls ‘ room brick painted with white paint, and in my son’s room was left as is, with irregularities and beautiful signs of aging. In support of this decision in a living room used concrete tile under old brick”.

“The two small children’s rooms are bunk beds and used as decoration art painting of walls. Feature of the layout of the apartment is not allowed to make opening both doors to the outside. Design of doors-invisible allows you to hide the fact that doors open in different directions: one outward, the second inward.”
“The most interesting and unusual object in the interior is a round mirror in the bathroom. In General, the presence of Windows in the bathroom of a model apartment — a rarity. Near the window, we set the overhead sink and oval mirror in red wooden frames”.
“The apartment has lots of details that wants to look at, different color shades give the interior vitality and brightness. It is important that everyone have enough space. I’m happy that everything managed to make the project and all plans have been realized.”
“The main decorative accent in the bedroom — this hilarious poster over the headboard. In my opinion shows the characters clearly reflect the image and character of the apartment owners. I saw them in this picture and they gladly agreed”.

“Opposite the bed is a walk-in wardrobe with sliding doors. They are made of special mirror glass StopSol reflecting not just as a mirror and soft with undertones. Translucent mirrored doors allow you to see your own reflection and the contents of the dressing room at the same time. Unusual StopSol glass creates a beautiful effect in the interior, giving it extra depth.”
“Second bathroom with the shower turned out festive and elegant. Decorative accents with a mirror in a classic gold frame and bronze medallion with a rabbit which I painted and costarella own hands.”
