March 28, at the official opening ceremony gathered more than 300 guests. The main theme of the opening was the “Dutch spring”. More than three thousand tulips created a spring mood, and the mills and herring reflect real Dutch flavor. The guests were treated to spring cocktails in the author’s execution from a team of bartenders ARILD Bar and snacks in the concept of “S. O. L.” (seasonal, organic and local) from the chef of the restaurant “Fire Lake Grill & Cocktail Bar” Rodion Nefedova, an open kitchen which creates an attractive vibrant atmosphere, where guests can sample organic cuisine local and international cuisine, watching the work of a creative team of chefs.

The main pride and the hallmark of the restaurant is a barbeque oven Josper by which the team prepares a consummate meat from the “smoke”. At a temperature close to 350°, Josper seals the flavors without drying the meat, ensuring a juicy and tender texture. Unique to the restaurant “Fire Lake” is cooking on the wood chips of different species of trees. It is able to give a special brand different shades, it would seem that the same dish. Daily chefs use different “tree day”, which is reflected in the menu. Complement the taste sensations of the original design of the restaurant and veranda, designed by British Studio SCG International. The team of designers had to create a mix of Scandinavian and Russian interior. Scandinavian style is embodied on the first floor, in the utilization of light beams in the public areas. On the second floor of the wooden elements is much darker, richer and reflect the Russian style. Natural materials such as stone and wood in the Seating areas combined with a bright decor that creates a special feeling of warm, coziness. Designers paid special attention to detail, using the interior brass finish, distinctive inlays, faceted color and other colorful items. Navigation for the project was also developed with the use of brass parts, reflecting the constancy and exactness in all things. Updating seasonal menus, the first in Moscow of the grill restaurant “Fire Lake Grill & Cocktail Bar” waiting for all lovers of fine cuisine and the unique atmosphere on the new veranda where guests can stay outdoors.
